What I Got For My Birthday 2015

Good afternoon, morning or evening wherever you are in the world! On Monday, it was my birthday 🙂 I had an absolutely amazing day and I am so blessed to have such amazing family and friends that love, support and spoil me. I got some truly thoughtful gifts and thought I would share them with you all today! Of course, I don’t want this to come across as bragging and that’s completely not how I want it to appear. But since a fair few of my gifts were to do with baking or beauty, I thought you guys would love to see!

The first few gifts I received (top left) included a super cute body cream and shower gel set from my Gran, as well as a travel set of makeup bags and a mirror with a light from my parents. I’ve always joked with my mum that one day I wanted to buy a mirror like this and I wasn’t expecting it at all, so it was a lovely surprise!

The next gift (second from the top on the left) was also from my parents and it was a bag from Colette and a Mimco purse. I was badly needing a new black bag so I did ask for this, however the Mimco pouch was a surprise and I was so grateful for it because I absolutely adore Mimco!

I was also incredibly spoilt with this makeup from my parents (second from the bottom on the left). I received the Urban Decay Naked 2 Basics palette and a Kit Lip Balm Ball from my sister (both from Mecca), as well as the Too Faced Cocoa Contour palette, Too Faced Melted Lipstick in Melted Marshmallow and the Too Faced Lashgasm mascara from my parents.

I am also a huge lover of Lush products. From my brother and his girlfriend, I received the Happy Hippy shower gel, the Dorothy bubble bar, the Blackberry bath bomb, the Twilight bath bomb and the Rockstar soap. I forgot to include it in the picture, but I was also given the Mask of Magnaminty from my mum 🙂 Needless to say, my bathroom smells amazing!

From one of my closest friends, I received more Lush! 🙂 I was given the Avobath bath bomb and the Miranda soap. I was also given a gorgeous pair of silver, rose-shaped studs.

From another of my best friends, I got given a White Musk motive candle from Dusk, along with three lip products from Revlon. I received the Colourburst Matte Balm in the shade 225 Sultry, the Lip Butter in 001 Pink Truffle (which is unfortunately discontinued now ;(  ) and the Super Lustrous Lipstick in 535 Rum Raisin.

Finally, from another of my good friends, I received this super adorable Make, Bake, Cupcake book, as well as a set of sticker labels and some cupcake-shaped cookie cutters.

Needless to say, I am so spoilt and so lucky to have amazing friends and family, who really made my birthday amazing!
